Your order will be shipped ground via freight company (LTL). Our shipping is a curbside delivery with lift-gate and pallet jack service. Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your order to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
We will provide you with all necessary delivery information to prepare you for delivery, including: full carrier information, contact numbers, a link to the freight carrier's website and tracking numbers. You will be able to track your shipment online from departure to arrival. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
Orders are shipped on a solid and secure crate. The crate is designed to protect your door and ensure that it will arrive in perfect condition. We only ship with freight companies who provide our customers with an online tracking system and superior service.
The barn door hardware kits are perfect complements to the barn rolling barn doors. All Hardware features Quiet-Glide wheels.
Kits are available in 5 designs with black powder coat finish, and 2 are also available with a stainless steel finish. They include the rollers, rail (available in 2 lengths), screws and nuts, floor guide, stopper and anti-jump piece, plus installation guide.
Premium Features:
The handles shown below are made of real hand-wrought iron or stainless steel. They are durable and can complement any design theme together with your choice of barn door and rolling hardware. As the black handles are all handmade, their size and appearance will vary slightly. All are packaged with mounting screws. The Vista mounts flush with the face of the door. The other handles shown below extend above the face of the door, and can only be mounted on the door face away from the wall. If you wish, the Vista may be mounted on the "back" side of these doors.
The soft-close option is an impressive addition to your rolling door installation. Hidden from view, this mechanism ensures a quieter and safer operation of your rolling door by automatically slowing the opening or closing action. No more slamming or jamming issue. Perfect for homes with children, elderly, or those who want ease of use.
Doors may be installed with a locking system for privacy. The privacy lock is made of premium quality steel, powder coated for durability with Black finish.Note: we will not prep the doors for these locks, as the lock location varies for each specific installation.
The rail the barn door is hanging on features pre-drilled holes to allow mounting the rail to the wall studs. The pre-drilled holes may not align with the wall studs. Therefore, we recommend mounting a wood plank to the wall studs and the rail on top of the wood plank. The wood plank will allow for further support to the barn door and will match the barn door's wood species.
Selecting a factory finish option will produce a door unit with a beautiful, protective finish that promotes long life, beauty, and accentuates the natural allure and texture of the wood grain. GlassCraft exclusive 10-step finishing system applies beautifully colored wood stains and adds the multiple protective layers of crystal clear urethane finish coats. Each coat is impregnated with ultraviolet UV-inhibitors and additional moisture blocking technology to keep your door looking beautiful. This system produces a finish to complement the inherent beauty of the mahogany and knotty alder wood species. GlassCraft's manufacturing finish facility is inspected and certified by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (registration number CN603390188).
